Abu Dhabi International Airport
The Abu Dhabi International Airport (ADIA) is an award-winning facility that is increasingly being recognized as the airport of choice offering passengers a unique combination of functional advantages and convivial travel experience. In January 2009, Abu Dhabi international was the first airport in the Middle East region to receive regulatory approval for enhanced low visibility operations. This airport has 3 Terminals – 1, 2 & 3, the third one being the base for Ethihad Airways.

Airport Code: AUH
Location: 32km from the heart of Abu Dhabi city, the airport is built over an area of 350,000 square metre. Three highways lead from the city centre to the airport: Khaleej Al Arabi (Highway 30), Sheikh Rashid Al Maktoum Street (Highway 2), and Salam Street (Highway 8). All three highways merge into E10 on approach to the airport.

Airport Info: Information Desks are located in both terminals.
Baggage: Enquire at the Information Desk for Lost Property as well as luggage storage facilities.
Money: ATMs are available in T1, T1A and T2, in the landside and transit zones.
National Bank of Abu Dhabi (NBAD) operates in Terminals 1 and 2 in landside and transit. Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank is located near the car rentals at the T1 car park.
Post Office: There is a post office at the T1 landside ground floor near staff tunnel. A post box is available at the T1 satellite (transit) ground floor near the escalators. Opening hours of Post Office is from 9:30am to 9:30pm
Golden Class Meet & Assist Services: Golden Class is a personalized “Meet & Assist” service available to both arriving and departing passengers, regardless of their class of travel, which offers additional exclusivity for passengers travelling through Abu Dhabi International Airport. Transport
Bus (Municipal / Public Bus)
Bus 901 arrives outside the arrival halls of Terminals 1 and 2. It operates between the airport and the city at one-hour intervals at AED3 per trip

Taxis
Currently, 2 companies operate in ADIA i.e. Fast and National Taxi company. Available 24-hours daily
Etihad Bus Transport
This service is free for Etihad passengers with boarding pass.
Car Parking
Open air car parks are available in Terminals 1 and 2. Maximum stay is 3 months.
Abu Dhabi Duty Free
Abu Dhabi Airport Duty Free is one of the most profitable duty free operations in the region. The “World of Luxury” is situated on the Ground Floor and is home to a series of luxury brands such as Bulgari & Burberry. Other international brands represented at ADDF include Boss, Givenchy, Chanel and YSL. The Abu Dhabi Duty Free offers passengers millions of dollars’ worth of prizes, including automobiles and jewellery.
